InitVerse
InitVerse mining calculator

This is a free InitVerse mining calculator: an InitVerse mining profit calculator that turns your VersaHash hashrate, power draw and electricity rate into daily, monthly and yearly INI income, cost and profit at the live network hashrate and price. InitVerse is a young chain, so treat today's figure as a snapshot rather than a forecast.

* Your setup in context

InitVerse mining calculator What your VersaHash hashrate means on the InitVerse network

This InitVerse mining profit calculator computes the three numbers below from the hashrate, power and electricity rate you entered above. Change an input and they change with it.

Your share of the network
0.007357%

Your hashrate divided by the whole network. Every block reward is split in this proportion, which is exactly what the daily coins figure in the table is.

Expected time to find a block solo
1.7 days

The average wait if you mined alone and kept the full block reward. This is why almost everyone mines in a pool: the pool pays your share every day instead.

Break-even coin price for this setup
$0.00000

Daily electricity cost divided by daily coins mined: the price at which this exact rig earns zero. Below it you are paying to mine; above it the difference is your margin.

* Network history

How the network hashrate has moved

Each point is one daily snapshot of the total hashrate pointed at this network.

When it climbs, the same rig earns a smaller share of every block, which is why the result above can fall while your hardware stays the same.

Network Hashrate

13.59 TH/s

* Young chain

Reading an InitVerse mining calculator honestly

Four things to keep in mind before you trust a daily figure on a network this new.

  1. 1

    The network is small

    Your share, in the cards above, is large for a single machine. That cuts both ways: good income now, and every new unit sold changes it.

  2. 2

    Difficulty can jump

    One hardware generation can multiply the network hashrate within weeks. Use the stress test below with the larger rows.

  3. 3

    Price and liquidity move fast

    The live price feeds every figure on this page; a young coin can move more in a day than an established one does in a month.

  4. 4

    Single-coin hardware

    There is no second chain to fall back on if VersaHash mining stops paying. Price the machine over months, not years.

* Stress test

What more VersaHash hashrate does to this result

On a young network one hardware shipment can multiply the hashrate. The table applies increases to today's figure; on InitVerse the larger rows are the realistic ones.

DifficultyINI / dayIncome per dayProfit per day
Today 124.57 $0.00 $0.00
+5% 118.64 $0.00 $0.00
+10% 113.25 $0.00 $0.00
+20% 103.81 $0.00 $0.00
+35% 92.2740 $0.00 $0.00
+50% 83.0466 $0.00 $0.00
Price and your electricity rate are held at today's values; only the network share changes. A price move of the same size has the same effect on income.
* Difficulty history

How mining difficulty has moved

Difficulty retunes itself so blocks keep arriving on schedule: it follows the hashrate up and down, usually a step behind it.

At the same price, every step up means fewer coins per day for the same hashrate, so a steep line here is margin you should not count on.

How to use the InitVerse mining calculator

Accurate for today; re-run it often.

1

Enter your VersaHash hashrate

The figure your pool reports. The page starts at 2.4 GH/s and 1,000 W as a realistic single unit.

2

Add power draw and pool fee

Wall watts and the pool percentage on your INI reward.

3

Read the InitVerse figures

Daily, monthly and yearly INI at the live network hashrate and price.

4

Use the larger stress-test rows

On a young network difficulty can jump quickly; the plus-35 and plus-50 rows are the realistic planning cases.

About InitVerse mining and this calculator

InitVerse is a proof-of-work blockchain that is mined with VersaHash, an algorithm for which dedicated ASIC miners exist, so this is a coin for operators of specialised machines rather than for graphics cards. Blocks arrive roughly every ten seconds, a fast rhythm that spreads the reward over many small portions through the day, and the reward is a little over two hundred coins per block, which is why the figures in the calculator look large. ASIC-mined networks reward efficiency: the watts a machine draws per unit of hashrate decide whether the result stays positive once electricity is paid. As on any smaller chain, difficulty and the number of competing machines can change quickly, so one estimate rarely holds for long. The calculator above takes your own hashrate and electricity price and estimates what INI could earn per day, which is the sensible first check before you plug a machine in or move it from another algorithm.

* Answers

InitVerse mining profit calculator, answered

It takes your VersaHash hashrate as a share of the live InitVerse network hashrate, multiplies by blocks per day and the current block reward, converts at the live INI price, then subtracts pool fees and electricity.

The VersaHash figure your pool reports. The page starts at 2.4 GH/s and 1,000 W as a realistic single-unit starting point.

Accurate for the moment you load the page, and only that. A young coin's price and network hashrate both move quickly; re-run the calculator before committing to a payback period.

No. VersaHash is InitVerse's own algorithm, so the hardware is single-coin.

On the VersaHash ASIC miners page linked above, which ranks the hardware by profit at your electricity rate.
