Governance via the native token gives users a voice, and staking native tokens can boost returns while aligning incentives for network health. Security is critical; custody with a hardware wallet or similarly secure solution and checking contract audits are basic precautions for anyone interacting with liquidity pools. Be aware of front-running and MEV risks that can affect trade outcomes, and consider using smaller, incremental trades or slippage controls when executing large orders. CPMMs are transparent and simple, which makes them ideal for onboarding newcomers to DeFi, yet they require active risk management and strategy to earn consistent returns.
